Monad's Devnet Launch Announcement
Monad's Devnet launch animation, showcasing their chain's high speed and efficiency.

The Monad team reached out with the intent of creating an animation to showcase their Devnet Launch.
The briefing was simple. This is Monad's first public product, so the announcement should highlight their brand's fundamentals: Community, Speed and Efficiency.
Taking that into consideration, we agreed that referencing highspeed automotive would be the way to go. I took inspiration from Akira for the bike, and rebranded it with Monad's signature purple and their community stickers all over for that "cyberpunk" look.
For the environment, I wanted it to feel like we'd be on a stage, in front of possibly millions and billions of users.
A huge backdrop screen would give the viewer the information, and leave the highlight to the presenter (in this case, the bike).

Last but not least, the Monad team were eager to get the community in this animation, so we opened a content to allow the community members to share their own rendition of the bike, and applied it to the motion graphic.
